As you know J.J. Abrams directed the movie "Star Trek" back in 2009, and recently agreed to helm the new "Star Wars" movie. That seem not to sit too well with Wiilan Shatner as he commented that: "Abrams being a pig. He's collecting the two franchises and holding them close to his vest. And he's probably the most talented director of that ilk we have, but he's gone too far this time."

I think Abrams was considering a small roll for Shatner in the next Star Trek film in a flash back scene, but now Shatner said that he needs to have another talk with Abrams about his foolhardiness in not employing him for either franchise.
