Best western of last 20 years

I have seen couple of polls about the best recent western film, and Unforgiven seem to be majority favorite. Good movie, but slightly over drawn.

So started this poll to give node to Tombstone as better westerrn mostly due Kurt Russel performance. Especially like the part where he take away guy"s gun where the guy was talking trash, and whipp it upside his head.

    Ranked by release date:

Unforgiven (1992): An aging outlaw and killer who takes on one more job years after he had hung up his guns and turned to farming.

Tombstone (1993):Tell them I'm coming and HELLS coming with me.

Maverick (1994): Western comedy film based on the 1950s television series of the same name.

    Wyatt Earp (1994): A semi-biographical Western film.

The Quick and the Dead (1995): The story focuses on "The Lady" (Stone), a gunfighter who rides into the 1878 Wild West town of Redemption, controlled by the ruthless John Herod (Hackman).

Wild Wild West (1999): Similar to the original TV series it was based on, The Wild Wild West, the film features a large amount of gadgetry.

Open Range (2003): The "wars" pitted those that believed in free access to water and grass for everyone, against the land barons, who used the new fencing to block the free-range cattlemen from moving their herds.

3:10 to Yuma (2007): A small-time rancher agrees to hold a captured outlaw who's awaiting a train to go to court in Yuma.

Appaloosa ( 2008): Two friends hired to police a small town that is suffering under the rule of a rancher find their job complicated by the arrival of a young widow.

True Grit (2010): A tough U.S. Marshal helps a stubborn young woman track down her father's murderer.
