Tevion 27" lcd tv - HELP!

Hi All,

I had recently bought a Tevion lcd tv which i am having problems with.

When my scart lead is connected to the scart 2 slot it intermittently keeps blinking and shows on the screen "av searching". this gets quite annoying sometimes and dont know what to do?
The scart 1 slot is fine. This only seems to happen in scart 2. Its usually fine for a while then starts acting up. Ive noticed that if i switch the power off and back on it works for a while before doing it again.

Can anyone help? Would this be a problemwith the tv itself?
