I've got a CX777ES and am fairly happy with it. There's not a whole lot of competition in the mega-CD changer department, and certainly not from high-end manufacturers.

It works, providing that you don't want to close the doors, if there are any on your entertainment center. If it weren't for the protruding knobs, you could get away with it. Also, there's a protruding box on the back of the unit that adds about 2 inches of depth to the unit. If you could manage to arrange it so that box goes beyond the back of the center (by removing or cutting out a portion of any back panel of the entertainment center), it would work. I think the box is part of the changing mechanism.
