PAL-NTSC compatible DVD players

Hello!

Are there any high-quality DVD players than can be purchased in the USA that will play both PAL- and NTSC-encoded DVD's on a NTSC (Sony) TV set?

the cambridge audio 540d will do what you are looking for.i have been using one for about 18 months and am quite pleased,it has a solid detailed progressive scan picture and very strong sound for its price point.it,like all cambridge gear,is short on features but long on performance for the dollar.

Some of the LG DVD players will as well. I don't know the model number off hand but mine is a slim line unit and it features the all to do about nothing HDMI output but it did state that it would play any DVD from around the world.
