    Lightbulb Oppo 983 Universal DVD player

    I came across a new universal player from Oppo called the 983H for $399 while browsing audioholics web site. Does any one know anything about it or seen any reviews on it?

    Looks interesting. Their website also shows that they brought a 3 X HDMI switcher to market also. I wonder how much of an improvement it is over my 981?

    I'd love to read some reviews on it as I was thinking of buying another Marantz SA8001 or Marantz DV7001 universal player for SACD since my wife wants me too. The $399 price is just right.

    Well, that makes it harder not easier...

    I guess it's the right step for those of us who may skip BR and wait for the next breakthrough in video streaming/downloading/VOD.
