I thought it was pretty funny! Not that the CD's rotted but that there was an unfounded claim in the text that said CD's beat vinyl for longevity. The guy's CD's are rotting after 20 years or less and THAT'S longevity??!!? Sheesh, even with strong evidence to the contrary, they're making outlandish claims for the CD. Is the writer a cable believer, too? LOL! When there is a 50+ year old CD that still plays, the claim will STILL be unfounded because by then there will be LP's that are 80 years old and still making music.

So does anyone on this board have rotting CD's? I haven't seen any yet on mine.
