Welcome and look around and get comfortable. It stays interesting around here and you can put yourself into the conversation and show us what you have experienced or you can sit back and learn. Either way it is a fun experience.

Actually I sort of need to get some insights from people to see what people think of my ideas. Is this the right place to look for getting feedback on certain audio products?

    Hello!
    My first post!

Just got back into audio after about 50 years!

Some little things got in my way: Love, family, career, kids, home, etc.,.

Just started my "second life" and a new business restoring 8mm, super 8 film, VHS, Hi8 video, photo's and slides(retirement, whats that?).

Also, and more importantly, got started on building the system I couldn't afford as a kid.

    I am a "silver-face-aholic" gota get silver-face vintage equipment!

    So, here's my "list";

1 Dual United Audio 1229/1229Q turntable
1 Dual United Audio 1229 turntable
    1 MCS 3233 Quad receiver
    1 Pioneer CT-F700 cassett deck
    2 BSR EQ-110X graphic equalizers
    2 Pioneer SA-7700 amps
    1 Kenwood KA-5500 amp
    1 set Pioneer CS-C9000 speakers
1 set Webcore "air suspension" 3-way floor speakers
1 Omni Delta Audio PC interface
    1 Eurorack UB1002 mixer
    1 Kenwood CD-224M, 200 cd player
1 set Samson SR850 headphones (going through "burn-in" prior
    to driver and filter modifications).
    PLUS several hundred 33 and 45's from the 60'S & 70'S

I think the "other half" is about to become a part time "audiophile widow :0: !!!!

    Regards to all!

    Happy New Year
If every house in your city sparkles with lights and garlands,
if visible from all sides rosy cheeks of Santa Claus - means soon the New Year
Preparation for this festival always takes one day and felt in the Christmas mood among the masses since the beginning of December And if to the cherished date there are only a couple of weeks - it's time to think about a holiday in earnest
