Wiring my 1st System

My amp finally arrived, and I'm pretty excited to get up and running. But first I need to figure out how to wire all this stuff together, and then visit the store.

Adcom 545 II amp
Adcom 555 pre-amp
Paradigm Atoms
Computer
Technics TT

I know I need to pick up an adapter to run my computer into the preamp. I know how to hook up the TT into the pre-amp.

First, what input do I run my computer into on the pre-amp?
Second, how should I wire the pre-amp to the amp?
Third, do I have to run ground wires anywhere?
Fourth, just to make sure, how should I run the wires from the amp to my speakers (only have 2).
