Trailing plug socket Question

situations: Window sill i want to put my hi fi under it. the main plug socket is on the left hand skirting board i want to fix my extension socket to the skirting board under the window sill . If I do this the plug trailing socket will be upside down. Due to the lead coming out the right hand side of the unit.

question Daft as i sound. Can i get one of these trailing sockets anywhere where the mains wire comes out the left hand side of the unit So i can run the wire neatly round the skirting board.
