Newbie needs help on the cables *PICS inside

Hello guys!

I'm ordering Orb Audio MOD2 speakers with my Marantz SR-18. I have a cheap LG dvd player for the mean time. I have a Panasonic 32" LCD connected to dvd with component video cables. I currently have 2 cables and I guess I can't use the green one since my dvd doesn't support it. How about the red VIDEO cable? Can I use that for sound? General speaking is the DIG better or COAX? I will need speaker wires and a cable for the sub right? Then I guess I'm all set?

By the way, I can use the RED cable I have now for sub also right?

I responded to your PM. I just looked at the Orb site and there offerings for cable. Just go with what they are offering. Your current digital cable is fine for sound. You might want to get some componet video cables for your DVD player.
