    Red=Left, Blue=Right ???

    You gotta love these Hong Kong cables.

    Does it make any sense to have the Left Channel RCA color coded as Red, and the Right Channel RCA as Blue? Honestly I would suspect having this design would cause many to wire up their portable/CPU to their stereo incorrectly. I wouldn't buy anything these cheesy anyway.

    Also does anyone know where you can get 1/8" mini plug ends? I want to make my own RCA-to-1/8" plug, but I need an 1/8" plug end that you can solder on the positive and negative leads.

    Thanks

    The colour doesn't really matter...
    What does matter is the likelyhood that some domestic company is repackaging these and selling them for $400 a pair...

    I know it doesnt, but to me this would be like painting a STOP sign green. Just goes against what you would commonly expect, ya know Right=Red, not Left=Red.

    oh and thanks BRANDONH.

    This site is sweet. They have exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't aware that they carried WBT products...man is that stuff expensive. Not worth it to me though. I like the Dayton lock type:
    and $10.90 for a pack of 4 , very good.

    And here is the 1/8" I'm gonna get, very good prices.
