dunno, but perhaps a little work on your part might help.
With an ohmmeter or a continuity checker you could trace out the wires. You might need to invest in a couple of female jacks for both sides to give you more working room, but it might be worth it.

I have Lifewstlye 25 whose 13-pin plug became damaged. In repairing it, I can make the following observations on your behalf:
You will find the configuation for the mini-DIN in the PDF Bose manual, Technical Information page.

    RG45 Mini DIN 8 13-Pin DIN
    Pin 1 --- Variable L audio
    Pin 2 --- Variable R audio
    Pin 3 --- Fixed L audio Pin 9
    Pin 4 --- Fixed R audio Pin 1
    Pin 5 --- Audio ground Pins 5 & 2 (see note below)
    Pin 6 --- +10v control line Pin 7
Pin 7 --- SMART SPEAKER DATA Pin 12
Pin 8 --- Control Line ground & remote antenna Pin 8
RCA Phono for DVD surround Tip Pin 4
    Screen Pin 3

You will find a drawing of the 13-pin DIN plug on http://www.maplin.co.uk/Media/product_pdfs/JW95.pdf

I have taken the pin numbers to represent pins viewed from outside (male) on the 13-pin DIN plug

The cable connected to pins 8 (screen), 12 & 7 was a twisted pair screen.
The two audio cables were single core screened Pin 9 screened to Pin 5 and Pin 1 screened to Pin 2
The digital audio was connected to an RCA Phono via a single-core screened with pin connected to Pin 4, Screen to Pin 3

They are not much fun to solder into place
