Audio cable, video cable...

What's the real difference between a composite VIDEO cable (or coaxial cable, if you prefer) and a conventional AUDIO cable? I can recall I read somewhere that video cables are 75 ohm, while audio cables are 50 ohm, is that correct?

Now another question, can I use a coaxial cable as a conventional audio cable? And as for the inverse, is it possible too? Please clarify...

Not in this audio application. In video, the output impedance and input impedance are the same and the cable needs to match. In audio application, the output impedance is low, the input impedance is high, so cable is not impedance rated.
