Tweeter Mod... need help, im a newbid :)

Hello,

I'm fairly new here and have a question for all you people that know this stuff better than i do...

First of all, here's my system:

HK AVR130 Receiver
2x MTX Monitor12
2x MTX Monitor10
1x MTX Monitor6C
Velodyne CHT-12 Subwoofer

I love everything about this setup, except for the trebble. I was wondering what would be the most effective way to improve trebble (equalizer doesnt solve the problem). Should i replace the tweeters with something better? If so, what type and how much would it cost to do this?

The diameter of the tweeters in these speakers is 4" i think, but im not 100% sure.

I'm probably not going to be able to solve this for you, but it may help others if you describe more about what you don't like about the treble and what you would rather it sound like.
