    DIY that actually worked.
    DIY forum seems to be dead, so I figured I'll post something that is actually useful.

    It's on youtube and will show you step by step on materials to be used and assembly procedure.

    JRhyme - thanks mate - I haven't laughed so hard in a while. The household hacker is a piss-taker of the highest order.

    check one the follow-up vids and read the follow-up comments (especially the one where the guy uses a copper coloured foil. I think you will fall off your chair laughing at some of the comments.. By the way, this cannot work, because you need positive and negative electrons and if you were to connect positive and negative on a copper penny you would create a short - you also need a coil and magnet to move the diaphram.
