So what do you people think about vinyl preservers

    such as THIS: http://www.amusicdirect.com/products...&sku=ALAST2MED

i just found it lurking around in the store, and like everything, sounds like a wonderful idea to me. Now it also sounds too much like snake oil.
so anyone ever used it? any good?
I remember the days when I thought 128kbps sounded great and had never spent more than 10 bucks on cables...

It sounds like a cool product although but I have never tried it.

Although, like Brandon, I prefer Gruv-Glide - but probably only because it's easier to apply!

Note that this is not a record "cleaner", it's a preservative. It goes on last AFTER the LP has been cleaned.

My "proof" that Gruv-Glide works? I own LP's that are many years old and have been played numerous times that, while not totally silent, are quiet enough so that surface noise is only audible on very quiet passages or between tracks. Give the LAST a try.
