Anybody know a sensitive bass driver?
    I need something around 104 dB / 1 W / 1 M.

I want to build a sub that goes with a couple of Coral horns (wild things...!)

107db? You'll have to go horn loaded to even approach this number. Of course...going horn loaded will give you the best sound with very low distortion.

Why do you need to get near 107db?

I'd go to the Lab sub forum and ask them questions about it. It's got great reviews and is very sensitive. It uses two eminence lab sub drivers ($150 each). Probably around $600 in total depending on what knd of wood you use. I use a an 8 ft. folded horn with an F3 of 38 hz using a single 12" driver. It's around 104 dB sensitive and works great. For the movies the bottom octave isn't as loud, but still pretty loud because of how sensitive it is. They don't make bass drivers that are that efficent (most I saw was like 102 dB, but that was on a pro midrange 10" or something).
