    any diyers near me?

I live in Orlando, and I need some help. My left mg-1 stopped working about a week ago. I called magnepan and they are willing to fix them, but its gonna cost about 400 plus shipping. I figure they are pretty old and porbably need refurbished anyways, but there has to be a cheaper way than this. So, is this something i could do myself, or better yet, hire one of you to do it (as long as it is less than what magnepan will charge of course). I think that the parts are fairly cheap to order, but me living in an aprtment and not haveing many tools, leaves me up a creek almost. So if you are interested please respond to this post, or pm me. Thanks,

The price Magnepan is charging may seem like a lot but they rebuild the speakers. They used to be willing to sell the parts. Going that route may be an option you might want to investigate.
