Compared to other 200+ watt SS amps within its price point, it's an acceptable mid-fi component. IMO an equal to NAD, Rotel, and Adcom...not a Krell, Mark Levinson, or McIntosh in dynamics. A whole lot better than Kenwood, Technics, or Sansui.

Strictly my opinion only...others will either agree or differ. Take it for what it's worth. As long as the A220 is in excellent working condition and the price is right for you, then go for it.
