Yes. I bought a pair of Acoustic Energy speakers from them several years ago. Easy purchase and fast delivery. About a year after I bought the speakers, I bought a used amp and tried it in my system. It had a bad circuit in the left channel and blew out the woofer in one of my speakers. I called audiolab just to see how I could get it repaired. They said send it in and we'll get it fixed under warranty. I only had to pay for shipping one way. I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service/support long after original purchase.
