suggestions on CDR / Jukebox combo

I have seen a couple of Yamaha and marantz audio equip units that combine a Hard drive with a CD reader/writer.

Any of you own one?

Are there other ones you liked?

I would really like one that stores in MP3 format to hold more songs.
