Just placed an order for Heart Alive In Seattle 2-disc hybrid CD/SACD, $9.98 (before shipping). They also have a Dylan hybrid.
Also, recently got Michael McDonald's Motown hybrid disc, been playing in the car and the CD layer is the best-sounding redbook I've ever heard - haven't even played the SACD layer yet. This is a great disc, musically, as well.
