hello
im new to this forum:)
so i just started to build my little budget hi-fi(not yet End) system.
i bought a aus$70 Marantz SR140 amp & a pair of PURE ACOUSTICS USA QX900 LOUDSPEAKERS for aus$185:
http://www.pure-acoustics.com/design/english/html/qx_900f.htm

and i have a no name dvd player.

next step: cables-Interconnect Kit,speaker cables,speaker spikes
and
i would like a cd or dvd player under aus$200?!
cd players?-marantz 63se or Technics SL-PS70(under $100!) or what else
dvd players?
can i change my normal speaker connection (on the amp) to banana connection??
or just better to find some NAD or Yamaha amp?

i know so many amatour Q, but i already enjoy the different with this changes what i did?
cheers
jozef

I don't really know where you are going with this but changing speaker connections on an amp won't improve the sound. Conversley, I've never heard of someone making a decision on what amp to purchase based mainly on the speaker connections.
