I need some help with choosing a DVD recorder. I am using it mainly to copy and edit existing VHS, VCD and DVD (not copy protected) materials. Do I need a recorder with a built-in hard disc?

As I mentioned previously for around $169 including shipping you can get Lite On DVD Recorder from CircuitCity Online and it does an excellent basic job.
