directed electronic speakers

i have been looking for the website for directed electronics speakers. not the car audio line, but this company only made home audio speakers. it was over a year ago that i was on their site and i didnt set it in my favorites. has anyone else heard of them? are they still in business and could you let me know their website. thanks all
