DIY Help In Philadelphia Area??

Hi.I have a pair of new Vifa M-6 bookshelf speakers i purchased from Speaker City.com.They sound Ok but i want to upgrade the crossover to get the best possible sound out of them.They have quality Vifa drivers...but i just know that a better crossover will improve them.I'm in the Phila,Pa,area and would appreciate any help someone could give me in directing me to someone who could do the work.Thanks for your response.BTW...i'm not to concerned about price...i just want to get the speakers to sound thier best

I don't think a xover upgrade would make that much of a difference but the loss of a warranty might. Odds are Viva has already worked out the the optimum xover design.
Soon as you pop the screws out of a manufactured item you void the warranty

Try repositioning the speakers first. I think the cheapest and most effective tweak if speaker positioning. Add sub repositioning to the mix and you can really do wonders with what you have.

Or, you just may not like the particular sound of the the speakers you've bought...sound different at home that in the store?
Different room acoustics and different positioning make all the difference.
