Why does your new software lock up my computer?

Sometimes your new software causes my computer to lock up. I never had this problem with the old software. Does it have something to do with your pop up ad? I notice I get fewer lock ups if I don't delete your pop up for spinbox. It unlocks after about a two minute time out. What gives?

My guess would be the ad. I'll have someone check into it.
