Aragon Stage One Pre/Pro & 2207 Amp

I am looking for some advise on the quality of this pair. I want to purchase separates for the first time.

Aragon is quality stuff, no doubt. I don't know if I'd consider them the best value (bang-for-buck) out there, but you can certainly do far worse. The key is to make sure the pre/pro & amp are synergistic with your speakers and highlight their strengths without exacerbating any weaknesses. I wouldn't buy anything as critical as a preamp and/or amp without seeing how it integrated into my system first. Just a thought.
