So, I was browsing and I came across a remaster (plus a few bonus tracks) of this classic album, Glassworks. It said something about "having DSD" (not "remastered with DSD" or the usual mumbo-jumbo). Does anyone know if this is a SACD? If so, I'm getting it. This is one of my favourite albums (of that type of music) of all time. Kind of a religious experience for me.

Okay, just to answer my own question, Sony Classical released about 20 of their albums, and in many cases, remastered and/or added bonus tracks. The remastering process, in many cases, including Glassworks (and Szell's Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition), used DSD, and in many other cases, used SBM. Or both. Or something like that. Anyway, it's just a redbook CD, but they added his music for Twyla Tharp's "In An Upper Room" (or something like that).

Anyway, read it here (http://www.classicstoday.com/Classics/ASPFiles/ViewNewsFeed.asp?Action=User&ID=176).

I'm gettin' it.
