I just picked this up and am totally blown away by how good this album of duets is. I'm a big fan anyway and it's always a bonus when every track is terrific. The album features duets with Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt, BB King, Van Morrison, Elton John, and Natalie Wood among others. Believe it or not, my favorite track is "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" with, of all people, Johnny Mathis. This particular track ranks right up there with standards such as Satchmo' s "What a Wonderful World." Full of emotion and soul, this song (which I didn't particularly care for in Judy Garland renditions) brings a tear to your eye...it's that good. Great to use as a reference track for checking rigs, too.
Highly recommended.
