I just brought a Monster Power Home Theater PowerCenter HT800 (Surge Protector) that is suppose to give better sound and picture with something they call Clean Power (Stage 1 v2.0).
My question for all you good people is will this actually improve the quality of my new HDTV or is this just hype? Also someone who gave it a good review on Amazon.com stated that one negative is that it only rated at 15 amps (1800 watts) whatever that means and that if you have a 20amp circuit for your hometheater you are not able to draw all the power you could. How do I know what ampcircuit my JVC home theater RX-DV31SL is? Under power consumption in the manual it said 200W/255 VA in operation, 2 W in standby. Will this affect the power of my home theater sound?
