yamaha rx v450 with b&w 600 series help please

hi guys

I just bought a yamaha rx v 450 ( 85W X 6 and 192kHz/24-Bit DAC for All Channels). planing to get b&w 603 with lcr 600 and some sub and soround. is this a good combo. someone said that the yamaha is not powerfull enough. please advice as i am really confused. thanks a ton

Unless you have a large room or like to drive the sound level high, your receiver should be ok. I don't think the B&W 603 is that demanding on the amp. A better amp will make it sound better but as is should be a decent system.
