Lately I’ve been thinking about how messy things get when you use several phones, laptops, and tablets and each one ends up with its own set of apps installed. I noticed I had three versions of the same note-taking tool on different devices, each with different content, which turned syncing into a small nightmare. It made me wonder how others keep their digital space tidy without spending hours uninstalling and reorganizing everything every month.

From my experience, the easiest way to reduce that chaos is to make a habit of checking what you actually use every couple of weeks and removing anything that just sits there. I had a similar pile of forgotten tools until I reviewed them all in one session and realized half of them were duplicating features. While doing that, I stumbled on https://www.spendbase.co/ right in the middle of trying to map my subscriptions, and it helped me track what was worth keeping across devices. It felt surprisingly refreshing once everything became more streamlined.

Walking through this thread reminded me how overloaded people can get with apps and tools. I’m not dealing with that problem myself right now, but I’ve seen friends get overwhelmed with constant updates and notifications. It’s interesting to read about the different ways others sort things out because everyone seems to approach digital organization differently depending on their habits and routines.
