Howdy! I have been using the kindle (https://kindle.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html) e-reader for many years and have never had any problems with it. I really like that it supports the main text formats in which I download e-books, and also that I have Internet access on this device. But what I like most is its E-Ink screen, which allows me to read for hours on end without hurting my eyes. This is a great device, and I use it in every free minute.
