SVS or Dayton ultimax?

I am looking to build a Dayton ultimax or buy a SVS SB16 ultra subwoofer.
If budget and time/skill is not a problem. Which one would you do?

Got to compare specs of both as listed here https://buy.guru/sb16-and-pb16-ultra-driver/
It seems like dayton makes a lot more sense and could be well worth the efforts.

The Ultimax seems like a fun build. If you are looking for a diy project the ultimax woofer seems like a great place to start.
