I have 32 GB of RAM (https://www.apogeeweb.net/electron/the-best-tutorial-for-gb-ram.html), but only 15.9% of it is available for use; the rest is taken up by the hardware. The terms "task management" and "resource monitoring" are used. I have four sticks, but removing two of them leaves me with only 8 GB. It's as though my memory has been halved. My motherboard is an ASRock b450 pro4 with an r5 2600 and an RTX 2060 super, and I have two sets of Corsair vengeance lpx 16 GB ddr4 3000mhz RAM.
