"You have been logged in with a temporary profile" - there is more than 1 user but I

Out of the blue this morning, when I turned on my PC I got that "You have been logged in with a temporary profile" message. I can't log off and log in with another user because there is only one option to choose from..

When I click on Computer - Local Disk (C:) - Users, it lists
Me
Public
TEMP (which I'm guessing is the user I'm logged in as now? How do I log in as Me..? Where all my "stuff" is..)

When I search for my "stuff", you know, my files, photos, music etc, it's all still there, but under "Me".
When I try to "switch users", it only gives me one option - "Me" and it says "logged in", but it's this "temporary profile", not "Me"..
I also can't connect to my WiFi.. I'm guessing that's part of the problem..?

Hello Muazam, you need to enable or disable temporary profiles in windows by removing the profile from the Registry by following these steps. At the start log in to the computer as a dissimilar administrator and move the broken user profile folder from C: users to another location, like c: Backup. Here open the Registry Editor and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows\NTCurre ntVersionProfileList. In the end, find the folder that has the ProfileImagePath that points to c: users. It normally ends in .back. remove the complete folder and start your PC and log in with the affected user pro. We hope that after making these changes you will be able to resolve this error.
