Prime takes a long time to connect and then I only get a minute or two of the video and then get the spinning wheel. When I try to download the content it start reloading again and again.
For fixing this issue I contact levi working at amazon prime video 800 number (https://geekstechs.org/amazon-prime-800-number/). Suggested to power cycle my devices. After power cycling my device the problem is resoled and now it is working fine without any issue.
