Replace or fix tear? Where to buy replacement for Polk LS70 7.5” woofer

I’m am new to all this and wondering for resale value if I should try to repair a tear in woofer or replace the woofer?

Where do I find a quality woofer? I looked for someone selling an actual original and couldn’t find, then found some ones for about $70 but who knows what the quality is.
