So I was really considering changing my KEF Q50 speakers since the sound although was present it just did not have the oomph that I was hoping for. There was plenty of bass thanks to my HSU sub but the midrange seemed rather dull until I just bought this CXA60. I ended up adding two old bose bookshelf speakers to the mix so I have both A and B enabled.
I was playing the Best of Queen LP yesterday on my Project Carbon DC (another great purchase) and I am not kidding but I really could hear parts of bohemian rhapsody that I had not heard before. That amplifier did wonders to my otherwise ordinary speakers - Bose 30 years old, KEF's are more than 10 years old. I am still amazed as to how pairing the right equipment can do such wonders!! Anyway just wanted to share that little tidbit :)
