Marantz 5011, 6011, or 7011?

I've been looking at the Marantz receivers since the 7010 came out. It seems to me that the current sweet spot is the xx11 model, as there are still new ones available at huge discounts vs. both the original MSRP and the XX12 lineup. My question is what the benefits of getting the higher-end 7011 vs. the 6011/5011. Are there a lot of advantages other than power? If I'm eventually going to add a 5-channel amp (Emotiva e.g.) at some point, would I be just as well getting a 6011? I've seen them going for $999 on Amazon and some other sites.

6011 is good enough. Others go with 7011 because of its capability to feed two HDMI outs.

I ended up going with a refurbished 7011. Between it being "last year's model", a refurb, and a bunch of Amazon gift cards, credit card rewards and the like I had saved up, I ended up paying $300 out of pocket. Seemed like a no-brainer at that point. I absolutely love this thing.
