The Spectrum is in Montreal, while FA and Barry are in Toronto...hey only a 5-hour drive. And the Spetctrum is a fantastic venue.

Well, I haven't been to the Spectrum. But I have seen this show twice, and it is worth seeing again. But I'm not driving to Montreal to do it, given that they show up here in Toronto twice a year for three nights of shows.
Thanks for the heads-up.

Sorry, I was thinking ya'll lived in Montreal.
I bet the show is indeed spectacular, I do hope I get to see it at least once.
Is it REAL good, BarryL?
As good as SEBTP?

Hey Dave, that's the second time that you've mistaken Toronto for Montreal. Cut it out, will ya? ;)

I didn't see SEBTP, but I did see either Foxtrot or Nursery Crime, I think. Yeah, Lamb was REALLY good. It was just like I'm sure it would have been like seeing Genesis with PG in a small hall. Of course, the kicker was that the band had all of the original slide show and props and costumes. It was REALLY good. Hopefully you'll get to see it some time.

What is "Quebec" and Quebec City?
Dave
Canada is divided into 10 Provinces and 3 Territories.
Quebec City and Montreal are in the Province of Quebec.
Toronto and Ottawa are in the Province of Ontario.
Here's a map....

Thank you FA for that excellent geography lesson.
I have been to Montreal twice a few years ago, it was nice but very hot and there were some real nasty black flies out which the locals said were horrible.
It gets as hot up there as it does down here sometimes, but we don't get the bad winters like ya'll do.
The company I work for has offices in Ottawa and Montreal.
Regards,
Dave

Yes, it does get hot up here. It's not all igloos and polar bears :D . And it can get very humid, which makes it worse. Earlier this week it felt like 105 with the humidity factor. It's dropped down to a very comfortable sunny 70 for the weekend.
I've never been to Quebec City and I've only been to Montreal on business trips where you don't get to see much other than the hotel and the office (and the casino ;) ). My hubby and I are heading out there in a week. We're spending four days in Quebec City and then three days in Montreal. A close friend of mine moved to Montreal about three years ago and has been bugging us to go stay with him since he moved there. It should be a blast!
