in ceilling speakers

i need some help choosing speakers to place in the ceiling of my new kitchen.i have no idea what to buy

About six months ago, I listened to some boston acoustics in-wall speakers. I was amazed at how well they sounded. They were set up as surrounds. I ended up getting some floorstanders instead and my wife *****ed that now the whole living room is speakers. Paradigm also makes in-wall speakers. Hope this helps.
