Ear buds

I would like input on your experience with earbuds. I have a pair of sony they are pretty good but I have heard of a company that sells some real high end buds or even speakers moulded into custom ear plugs that fit your ear exactly from a mould. I want to use these while rideing my motorcycle its a Harley and kinda loud not Real loud. What do race car drivers use?
