A friend of mine told me about this Free music player called Hysolid. I tried it out and it is pretty good. The GUI is fantastic and it is easy to use and install. I have my whole 3 TB music library controlled by my smart phone. Currently my go to player for critical listening is Bug Head. But I will use Hysolid for casual listening. It is easier to use than JRiver and it sounds at least as good.

Interesting ... they make much of their feature of not signing in to Windows and reducing the PC load. How does that work?
Is the only GUI via smartphone? I don't have wireless or Bluetooth on my music computer for my stereo system, but I do on my HT system.

I think that the web site is misleading. By using the GUI and the installed program on the computer, the program bypasses windows internally is the way I see it.
The GUI will also work with a tablet - andriod or ios on you WiFi network.
