Looks like it could be some good stuff. I have owned Yamaha stuff and used to sell it when I worked selling higher end audio in the 90's and they have a good track record. It is nice to finally see them enter into the higher end of the market with 2 channel and not just theater stuff.

Nice looking gear. The asking price for the CD only player is a bit excessive when the universal Oppo BD105 is considered. The Oppo also looks really good in Silver

The new Yammie is also a SACD as well as a DAC.
