Been watching Fiiddler On The Roof in bits and pieces over the years. But after watching this movie in its entirety on disc, all I have to say is WOW! What an outstanding movie.

The music segments in between the story line can be a tad too long. But it doesn't take away from enjoyng this movie as it follow the "Tradition" of a poor Jewish milkman with five daughters living in russia circa 1905.

He burst into songs amid his daily routine, the best being "If I Were a Rich Man."

Looking at the sky he also like to talk to God to to justify the event of the moment, and these are the funniest moments in the film.

For example in one scene when he received a bad news, he look at sky and tell God:"I know we are the chosen people, but can you choose somebody else sometimes." LOL
