"Too Many Redirects"

"Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects."

I'm frequently prevented from going from various forums or post and getting the above message. What's with this?

My Chrome browser suggests I delete cookies and/or permit 3rd party cookies.

Disable browser's Java Script and cookies as this also disbale all commercials apearing on the right side.
