A few nights ago I was able to see Jorma Kaukonen of Jefferson Air Plane and Hot Tuna with Barry Mitterhoff from Hot Tuna playing Acoustic Blues and Bluegrass at the Dakota Jazz Club here in Minneapolis. They sounded great but Barry stole the show with his Mandolin talents.
Arlo Guthrie played there the next night but they were sold out. Betty Lavette and Lindsey Buckingham are playing at the Dakota this month and I am going to try and catch both.
